Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were great, with a fantastic bathroom and superb balcony views. The food was excellent, especially the buffet dinner. The grounds and seating areas were superb, and the staff, particularly Adi, Avi, and Nassem, were brilliant. However, the rooms are starting to show their age and could use some renovation.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied with all the essentials. However, the lack of AC and fresh air was a downside. The service was exceptional, except for some instances of rudeness. The location, right on the Sea of Galilee, was perfect, offering stunning views day and night. The dining experience was a mix of outstanding dishes but somewhat unfriendly patrons. Overall, a great stay with a couple of hiccups.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and had its own outdoor Jacuzzi, even though the view was not ideal with the air conditioner tube system visible. The location was top-notch for exploring ancient sites in Israel, offering a lovely view of the lake from all rooms. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide range of options and delicious French patisseries. While the service had some hiccups with unhelpful staff, the rest of the team, from car park attendants to the hotel manager, were super friendly and accommodating.
